I came into neuromarketing from the advertising industry, not the lab. 26 years in marketing communications—from strategy to production, from local campaigns to global brands. Over that time, I saw hundreds of materials that failed when they should have worked, and hundreds that succeeded when no one could explain why.
The answer to that “why” I found in neuroscience. The consumer’s brain doesn’t lie—unlike focus groups. It can’t say it liked an ad if attention dropped at the third second. It can’t show motivation if the emotional response was negative.
In 2018, I founded Neuro‑Knowledge—an agency at the intersection of two rare skill sets. Neuromarketing tools give us objective data on perception. Communications expertise tells us what to do with those data. Our clients receive not just a report with charts, but actionable recommendations: what to change, how, and why it will work.
Psychometric training adds another dimension—deeper insight into motivations, mechanisms, and behavioral patterns in consumer psychology. What marketers call an “insight” often has a clear explanation in perception psychology.
In 5 years, we’ve conducted over 300 neuromarketing studies for brands across key Ukrainian industries—from FMCG to finance, pharma to media. We built our own benchmark system, allowing comparisons not with abstract norms but with real metrics in specific categories.
And since 2022, we’ve been tracking something no competitor does: how Ukrainian consumers’ cognitive and emotional patterns are changing. How attention, trust, and motivation transform. These insights help our clients speak to a consumer who has changed—and continues to change.
